Because candle and body products making are a complex procedure with many extenuating factors, we can not guarantee how a wick will perform in your particular blend and vessel, for example.
If you are not fully satisfied with a product and would like to return it, please notify us by email at email@example.com.
We accept returns within 10 days of receipt. Returns received outside this time frame are not to be accepted. We take the responsibility for the cost of returning the item(s). We can also assist you in the process, by sending the courier to your door, at your request.
Items returned must be in original condition, unaltered. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item(s) returned are not in original condition. Please note that customized items are not refundable. The refund will be issued to the credit card used for the order, within 10 days after receiving your returned articles. You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded.
